Our company was founded in 1985 by Billy Joe Humphrey. Billy Joe started working with church pews at age eighteen, following in the footsteps of his father who worked in church pew manufacturing for over 40 years. However, in 1998, I took over full time operation of the family business. My name is Tammy Milhorn, and I am proud to say that at the time of my assumption of Tennessee Valley’s operations this became a third generation family business.
